Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act \(of\) 1989
abbrev.: FIRREA Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989 Закон о реформе финансовых институтов, поддержке и исполнении (принят 9 августа 1989 г.): федеральный закон США, по которому была предоставлена государственная помощь обанкротившимся ссудно-сберегательным ассоциациям, произведены значительные изменения в системе надзора за этими учреждениями, в т. ч. усилены стандарты собственного капитала; по закону были созданы Resolution Trust Corporation (см.) для закрытия и слияния ассоциаций-банкротов, Resolution Funding Corporation (см.) для аккумулирования на рынках средств финансирования закрытия и слияния банкротов, Фонд страхования сберегательных ассоциаций, который заменил ранее существовавшую Корпорацию страхования ссудно-сберегательных ассоциаций; кроме того, полномочия Federal Home Loan Board (см.) были переданы новому учреждению по надзору за бесприбыльными институтами (Office of Thrift Supervision), 12 федеральных банков жилищного кредита были переданы под контроль вновь созданному Федеральному совету по жилищному финансированию (см. Federal Housing Finance Board); = bailout bill; bail-out bond; Savings Association Insurance Fund.
